My own journey of becoming
I spent most of my twenties chasing dreams that weren't really my own — believing that if I got the title, built the company, had the money, then I would finally be happy. But in the process of climbing, I became numb. Disconnected from my truth, my intuition, my body. And even when I reached the top, I still wasn't happy. Worse — I felt completely empty.
In my late twenties, the crack came. For a while, it was a quiet whisper I kept ignoring. Then it hit me like a wrecking ball — the darkest depression I'd ever experienced. When none of my normal mindset hacks could get me out of the rut I was experiencing, I turned to psychedelic-assisted therapy. This led to a spiritual awakening, and through that experience I realized that everything I had become in life was the result of pressure from society, friends, and family. I was living someone else's dream.
I couldn’t remember who I was before the world told me who to be.
In an attempt to rediscover my truth, I burned everything down. I left my shiny corporate job and apartment in NYC. I packed my entire life into a 4×4 storage unit, and I set out on a journey searching for truth, for purpose, for the version of me that existed before the conditioning.
I tried it all - from traveling the world and completing a 200hr YTT to sitting in ceremony with plant medicine and meet my guru (which led to my dedicated study of Classical Tantra and the Divine Feminine). I did countless hours of coaching and therapy, attended multiple transformational workshops, and devoured every book I could find on personal development and spirituality. I met and sat with my shadows, my wounds, my fears, my programming. And slowly, a deeper truth was revealed.
From that dark place, I rebuilt myself. I moved to a new city. Built a company and a new life. And still, eventually, the same quiet ache returned. At first, I thought I had failed. After everything I had done — how could I be here again? But then I understood — returning to the same place wasn’t failure, it was part of the plan.
What I've learned through years of burning things down and building them back up is that
Transformation is not a straight line – it's a spiral.
Every time I think I’ve arrived, life calls me to go deeper. To revisit the same lessons again and again, in different areas of my life, until the lesson becomes truth embodied.
My transformational coaching framework is designed around my own journey of becoming. I wish I'd had this map ten years ago. But I needed to walk the path first to be able to draw it.
My hope is that our work together will give you the clarity, inspiration and support I was always looking for. And the radical courage to become the most authentic, fully expressed, and aligned version of you — the woman that deep down, you’ve always known you’re meant to be.
With love,
